Wedding Packages: Silver Package


  • Up to Four (4) Client Planner Meetings
  • Unlimited contact via e-mail
  • Receive a general planning checklist
  • Review of vendor contracts
  • Confirm arrangements, check delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. with all vendors
  • Detailed timeline to all vendors for review
  • Etiquette advisement as requested
  • Assistance with vendor referrals and selections
  • Pre Wedding Walk Thru with Venue and Catering


  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
  • Collect/coordinate final payments for specific vendors- as requested
  • Collect wedding day decor from bride to be used at ceremony and reception


  • Lead Planner/Coordinator and one assistant
  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, guests and vendors
  • Use of Bridal Emergency Kit.  We will be ready and available to solve any unexpected situation


  • Set up ceremony decor and personal decor as directed from bride as well as decor from planner
  • Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members
  • Meet and direct vendors where to set up as needed
  • Oversee set up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled
  • Lineup and Cue Wedding party for ceremony and cue musician
  • Give marriage license to officiant and wedding rings are present


  • Set up of cocktail hour and reception personal decor as directed from bride as well as decor from planner
  • Set up of Bride/Groom personal decor, ie: guest signing item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors
  • Manage vendor set up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
  • Following photos – assist with Wedding Gown Bustle
  • Line up and cue wedding party for Grand Entrance
  • Assist DJ in cueing important events -Grand Entrance, First Dance, Toasts, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting, Bouquet/Garter Toss, etc.
  • Cue Bride and Groom and see that photographer and DJ are ready for all important events
  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
  • Stay in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly
  • Stay to the end of the reception to assist with removal and packing of all decor of the bride and loading into vehicles
  • Pack up decor and assist with loading into vehicles at end of reception
